Stretching will be performed in store and is a minimum 48 hour service that can help with shoes that are too tight and rub. Our Waproo shoe stretching spray with our metal stretchers are used to help 'open up' the leather on your shoes, giving you more room for comfort in your shoes from the outset.
As part of our SissaHood loyalty program, we value your loyalty and offer complimentary stretching for your Sissa Sorella pieces.
If you are a Canberra local, when you are in store, please request this service when you are in store.
If you are interstate, you can either advise us before we post please advise you would like your shoes stretched and we will do so before sending.

- Stretched shoes are not valid for return, exchange or credit.

For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
